Hey—Welcome! I’m Anne O’Connor and I invite you to LIVE Community: the Inspired Relationships Challenge. This virtual, weekly gathering is your place to grow and learn and develop yourself so you can build relationships you want to be in. 

The cost of 22 bucks a session is an incredible deal. 

I want this to be such an easy decision to show up and work with me. This no-pressure, drop-in class is the only way to work with me live without being part of a long-term commitment.  This is an easy and affordable way for you to get enormous benefits that comes from a group that has a clear intention with fantastic—if I do say so—facilitation and focused learning.  

Over many years I have developed an effective formula for working with people of not-f’ing-around energy and an unusual reverence for being human. It’s a lot—this human thing. My approach is a great way for groups to form trust and connection—the foundation of real work.

In LIVE Community: The Inspired Relationships Challenge, our live, drop-in community on Fridays, you’ll grow, learn, and practice: better communication, boundary-setting, confidence, courage, saying what needs to be said, self-love and regulation, human development and more.

Join us each week on Friday from 11:30 am through 1 pm Central Time online where we’ll gather, explore our topic of the day, consider strategies for improving our skills, and learn together. I choose one or two volunteers for on-the-spot coaching.

Each session will correspond to a card from The Inspired Relationships Challenge deck—have you seen this thing? I'm so proud of what we put together.  Based on my experience and training and the best research,  I put together 50 concepts that people stumble on in relationship.

The thing that makes this deck one of a kind is that my kids and my mom painted and designed the art on the cards. Which makes them unique with a smattering of personality from my whole family. They are amazing—the people and the cards. You can buy the deck on the website. You don’t need a deck to join the community—but you’ll want one or four so you can share.
